Limited Release Kumquat and Mandarin Gin

Using our own kumquats and a neighbour’s mandarins we have created a versatile citrus bomb gin. Still a dry juniper forward gin followed by a rainbow of citrus notes.

Perfect paired with tonic or soda, also makes a great martini.
